As the richest country in the world we should be providing free health care for all and it has been shown that the per person cost is cheaper for that than our current system which guarantees no one health care. I don't think many of us understand this issue -- or what PBMs role is in the Medicare process. Could someone explain it to me "like I was a 5 year old" == a simple example?
