A great list of resources. For those interested in dialogue “across the divide” please look at Braver Angels https://braverangels.org/. Braver Angels encourages members to engage in dialogue with people who do not share their political beliefs AND runs workshops on how to do that effectively!

I was very disappointed to see that you did not recommend that concerned citizens join and support their local Democratic Town or City Committees. As a dedicated volunteer who works diligently to support you and other elected Democrats, it’s disheartening to see the important work of these committees overlooked.

Local committees are the foundation of our party’s strength. They help build community connections, mobilize voters, and sustain the grassroots energy that keeps Democrats successful. I hope you’ll consider highlighting and supporting these efforts in the future to help us grow our numbers and strengthen our shared goals.

Thank you for your attention and continued service.

I like the analogy of playing a zone defense - makes sense. Having said that I would respectfully suggest to the Congressman (and have been doing so for some time to other politicians) that Democratic politicians take this very advice. Democrats are constantly playing defense because they are reacting to the latest craziness from Trump. Democratic politicians should be playing zone defense with different politicians playing different zones to keep pressing on all the issues that are out there. For example, when was the last time Signalgate was mentioned? There should be separate "teams" focused on national security, on the economy, on healthcare, etc. The members on each team would have background in those areas such as Mikie Sherill, Jason Crow, Elissa Slotkin, Jake Auchincloss as a national security team. They would continue to attack and keep national security issues front and center and not let Trump control the narrative by moving on when he raising tariffs on China. (Some other team would handle that.) Likewise the healthcare team would stay in their lane and keep engaging with media and the voters on those issues. We need to be on the offense and not always be reactive to the latest Trump craziness. We need to set the narrative.

Hi......Im growing increasing disgusted with you and the other members of Congress who are allowing him to do whatever he wants. He has disgracefully "renovated" the WH, sends $40 mill to Argentina , turns his back on allies to please Putin etc, etc, etc. And you people whom represent us let him do it. Grow a pair...all of you

The only president more “ out of control” than Trump was FDR and he was President for 3 terms ..and was from another Party… history is a great teacher for what happens in life …

I want to know why people are giving into this man. Anything he wants they do it. He's a menace to society. Maybe we need to recall him. This country is not just him. It is what the people want not just him. He forgets he works for us not himself. I am so angry that people in his realm are not fighting back. What a bunch of jerks.

Greg Olear proposes a #Liz48 Plan on Substack this morning. A legal way to get rid of Trump and his entire corrupt, inept Administration. Thoughts? Could it happen if we reach 3.5% or more of the population demanding accountability for these sins, and sharing a focus on this plan?

Thank you for the suggestions of groups to join. Where are the pro-abortion recommendations? How do you think we continue to fight for equality and autonomy for pregnant people? How do we fight to have the same (NO) laws in every state governing men/women bodies the same?

Thank you for these concrete ideas of where individual citizens can devote their energies. People are always saying, What can I do? Well there are plentiful options! I also urge people to continue to donate to their charities, and even up them if possible. Many organizations have lost funding and the economy is weakening. Now, more than ever, they need our help.

Great for individuals. What do leaders do to turn the mass response into activity other than the obvious — do it again?
